Alliance Fibres Ltd. is one of the longest established, leading PET recycling companies in India. At their location in the textile city of Surat, PET bottles are recycled into Polyester Staple Fibres, Polyester Filament Yarns (POY/DTY/FDY) and PET Ropes. In preparation for the company's entry into the “bottle-to-bottle” recycling segment, they decided to purchase an EREMA recycling technology for bottle-to-bottle food grade pellets. “EREMA is the best-known name in the world of recycling technologies. The machinery manufacturer is well-known for its proven solutions. When we visited a similar plant, we were impressed by the high quality of the rPET pellets as well as the lower operating costs and lower maintenance requirements," says Kuldeep Sangani, Director of Alliance Fibres, explaining their purchase decision.
